All goods are guaranteed 100%

If you are not satisfied with any purchase, simply return the goods to us in original condition within 14 days, with the proof of purchase, and we will exchange it, replace it, or refund you.

We will happily accept returns if we have made an error with your order and Vital Greens NZ will pay the return postage.

  • Once received in our warehouse, we will process the return within 1 business day to ensure a swift exchange or refund

We recommend using an insured courier service and that you keep a record of your shipment until replacement or credit is received.

Damaged Goods

Goods damaged in transit will be replaced at our cost, provided the customer returns the complete damaged product to Martin & Pleasance within 14 days of purchase.

The cost of returning the goods (by courier or fast post within New Zealand) will be refunded or compensated.
