Delivery Policy
Customers within New Zealand
All goods will be dispatched from our premises and delivered by NZ Courier Post (with a tracking number) to the customers address provided. Orders of a single 120g would go Fast Post.
Goods will usually arrive with-in 1-3 days of dispatch. Orders received after 7am Friday morning will not be able to be sent out until Monday 8am to which goods will usually arrive with-in 1-3 days.

Returns & Refunds Policy
Damaged Goods
Good damaged in transit will be replaced with out cost, provided the customer returns the complete damaged product to Vital Greens New Zealand Limited with-in 14 days of purchase. The cost of returning the goods (by courier or fast post with-in New Zealand) will be refunded or compensated.

Refunds
We will happily accept returns if we have made an error with your order.
Proof of purchase is required. Items will only be excepted if in original condition and with-in 14 days from the date of purchase. We can not except returns if you simply change your mind. Refunds can be credited to your credit card or a cheque issued.
